Dedicated to helping people be successful at work, Tina enjoys serving managers and executives each day by coaching to engagement. Seven years ago, she decided to add some additional in-depth training to her 20+ years of HR expertise, and began the PhD journey, focused on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Doctorate now complete, she shares with us her study’s impactful findings for employers and potential employees on the relationship between perceived person-supervisor fit, perceived supervisor support, and employment tenure in the workplace, and provides practical recommendations for talent strategy.
